Welcome to the Livingfit online store!

All of our products are found in storage from Finland so shipping will be fast. The package will be most times sent on the same day. You can easily get your package using Shipping to Europe from shipping methods.

If you need your package by a set date don't forget to inform us of this so we will do our best to make sure you get it on time.

Ordering our products doesn't require you to register so you can immediately order and pay after choosing your products.

Delivery options to Finland

Straight to your mailbox by Posti: This is the basic small package that comes directly to your own mailbox.

Pick up from your own Post Office: A regular postal package that will arrive at your local post office.

Matkahuolto package point or locker:

The package is generally delivered to the package point or locker within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification when the package is ready for pick-up.

Pickup: you can pick up your package directly from us with no shipping fee. If you choose this option, we will contact you when your package is ready to be picked up.

A message regarding the arrival of your package will be sent to you so make sure you have given the correct phone number. You will also get a message to your email on other options than the small package that will be delivered directly to your mailbox. The email will have a code you can use to track your package.

Return: You can return your package within 14 days. You can see more about this in the returning guide on the website.

Not picking up your package is not the same thing as returning it. If you are not planning on picking up your package, make sure to cancel your order as soon as possible. Contact us

Be sure to share your order number with your cancellation. You can see your order number in the email you have been sent to confirm your order. We will collect the shipping and handling fee of packages that are left and not picked up.

Delivery options to other countries:

We have listed the different countries and postage prices, from which you can choose your own. Since in some countries the postage is calculated based on weight, I can give you a tip that, for example, 1 kg can fit a jacket / longsleeved shirt, 1-2 leggings and a sports bra. 2 kg weight can accommodate a hoodie, 1-2 leggings, 1-2 sports bras and a long-sleeve shirt.

Depending on destination, you might have to pay customs and taxes. For all countries outside of EU, taxes and/or customs might apply. Please reach out to your local customs office for more information about what applies on your order.

The customer is responsible for all other possible charges, such as returns and customs duties.

Payment options

As payment options we have the most common ones including Paytrail Oyj, credit cards and klarna. You can use klarna easily and flexibly to pay for your orders on the web. By answering a few easy questions, you can easily get in and choose the best payment method for you.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
